Hi fellow AnimePaper members! I'm a 18 year old Chinese-born resident in the United States. You can call me <Eric<, that's the name I go by in school because my Chinese name is hard to pronounce for most people. I'm starting freshman college this August, both excited and nervous, hope I do well.

As a child, I've always loved to draw and color on paper. Everytime I view a wonderful piece of artwork, be it a digital rendering, fan art, photograph, or web layout, it always inspired me to take a great interest in art and made me want to be able to create such wonderful pieces. Over the years, I've self-taught myself to use Photoshop and basic art concepts in my free time. I love to just mess around and do anything creative.

Although I wanted to pursue a career in Graphic Design, being that it's my one great passion, I was convinced out of it by my parents because it's not a easy field to go into because of the difficulty of being recognized as a good artist. Instead I chose to major in Computer Engineering. Still I love to make artworks as a hobby in my free time.
